Our company, on the client’s instructions, finds the raw materials required for purchase in the territories of foreign countries, checks the reliability of the supplier and the possible volumes of raw material selection. Negotiates contract details, price and conditions. Requests samples for testing with the preparation, based on the results of testing and research, of the necessary permits for the import and free circulation of these goods in the country of destination. If necessary, obtains permission from the manufacturer and coordinates support for the visit to the production site for the client’s representative, experts, and interested parties.
Develops requirements for labeling and packaging of goods necessary for safe transportation, safe handling of raw materials and customer convenience. Resolves currency control issues. Develops a logistics scheme, obtains all necessary permits for importing goods into the destination country. Organizes deliveries of raw materials to the agreed point, by the appointed dates and times in the required quantities. Before shipment, it receives an opinion from an accredited expert in the export country on the quality, quantity and compliance with the declared characteristics of the raw materials.

Application for equipment
Based on the agreed requirements, specialists from the company’s foreign economic department formulate the correct technical specifications for the foreign equipment manufacturer so that he can outline the most clear terms and cost of equipment production. After signing and approving the contract, we proceed to placing an order with the European manufacturing plant. Confirmation of the order with the supplier occurs after payment, which, as a rule, is divided into parts.
Next, we wait for confirmation from the supplier that he has received all the necessary documents and has launched the equipment or components into production. This does not require much time – the process usually takes about a day. Our foreign trade department employees communicate with suppliers in their native language (English, Spanish, Italian), so all your wishes and questions are conveyed to the supplier in the most accurate form.
We control the entire production process systematically – after two and then four weeks we check whether everything is going as expected. The final check is carried out approximately a week before the end of the production stage, which consists of several important points that differ slightly from supplier to supplier:
- Receiving input data;
- Design, including analysis, modeling and drawings;
- Project approval;
- Execution of the project with the preparation of technical specifications.
During the manufacturing process, we request photographs of products, packaging, including photographs of markings in order to be able to get a clear idea of the production progress and check whether all customer requirements are taken into account. The last photographic materials are sent immediately before shipment. When the equipment is completely ready, we proceed to the stage of organizing shipment. Our specialists also provide the organization of delivery and customs clearance. A partner network of forwarders and customs representatives with their own temporary storage warehouses allows us to organize logistics by any type of transport in most countries of the world, including from China, India, Turkey and Europe.
