Our scope of work includes securing competitive freight quotations and choosing the most cost-effective proposals; sourcing appropriate vessels for cargo delivery to European ports, Asian harbours, and inland rail terminals; and finding viable cargo for ships with unfilled capacity. We also handle end-to-end voyage coordination, covering pre-carriage to the load port and onward delivery from the discharge point. In addition, we advise on suitable insurance products and facilitate the placement of cover, prepare charter agreements, contracts of affreightment, and bills of lading, organise stevedoring operations and surveyor attendance, and maintain ongoing oversight and status tracking throughout the entire transit.
